If your property fits our criteria and you are happy with our terms, we will take your property. Your property must be located within the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea or Wandsworth, it must have two or more bedrooms and be vacant now or within the next 4 weeks. You must be ready to sign a minimum one year tenancy contract with us and, subject to negotiation, be willing to provide basic furniture or a light refurb of the property.
